The Role:

This role will see you take a hands‑on leadership position in the delivery of a major community project, working closely with senior leaders, consultants and site teams from early stages through to completion.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project delivery from planning through to handover
  • Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Managing client relationships and key stakeholders
  • Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
  • Identifying and managing project risks and reporting requirements
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a building construction environment
  • Experience delivering large‑scale community, health, education or infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused approach
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
