Role Overview Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has been appointed as a delivery partner for a major UK development programme, currently operating under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). The programme includes infrastructure, vertical development and complex design and construction interfaces. RLB’s commission spans four core functions as listed below: Employer’s Agent / Project Manager - Client’s lead project representative Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant - Leads cost and commercial management Technical Services - Provides technical governance and assurance Project Superintendent - Client’s on‑site construction representative RLB’s approach is to be an extension of the Client’s team with collaboration at the heart of it. RLB is seeking Project Managers (PM, Senior and Associate level) to support the successful delivery of this project. Role Responsibilities Project Management across infrastructure and vertical development packages which may include CSA (civil, structural, architectural), base build and fit out of leisure facilities, volumetric buildings, retail units, hotels, catering facilities and landscaping of surrounding areas. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive proactive approach to the role, and will be committed to delivering customer service excellence, with good commercial results. Qualifications: Construction Project Management degree or a similar construction related qualification with experience gained within a similar role. Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or equivalent professional qualification or currently working toward. Experience: Experience working on large complex programmes including relevant project/package experience mentioned above. Experience of working on large-scale infrastructure and venue and resort development projects would be desirable. Experience working for a construction consultancy on similar projects desirable. Ability to identify and develop potential opportunities to secure more business for RLB Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive and commercially astute. A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines.
