We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects ranging from $100,000 to $25 million. This role is pivotal to fulfilling our commitments to clients, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
The Project Manager will act as the bridge between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and leadership, while fostering collaboration and problem-solving. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, values teamwork, and wants to make a real impact in a company that supports their growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager in construction (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience in building envelope, tenant improvements, concrete and steel structures, multi-family, new builds, and renovation projects
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse teams
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • PMP, Gold Seal, or other project management certifications are considered an asset
  • Must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check. Only results relevant to the role will be considered
Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from award to final completion
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery
  • Lead and support project teams, including site supervisors, coordinators, and trades
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, solution-focused approach
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations
  • Report on project progress and financials to senior management
