As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to play a key leadership role in delivering major projects and driving successful outcomes for our clients. The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of remedial construction projects, ensuring all works are completed safely, to quality standards, on programme, and within budget. The role leads planning, procurement, subcontractor management, contract management, programme oversight, and stakeholder communication across the project lifecycle. Operating largely in live and occupied environments, the Project Manager proactively manages project risks, maintains strong client relationships, and ensures all works comply with company standards, contractual obligations, and legislative requirements. The role upholds RM Watson’s reputation for integrity, technical expertise, and high-quality workmanship. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA * Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related fields or relevant experience * Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end project management  * Minimum 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, ideally within remedial or structural works * Experience managing $3M plus projects * Strong working knowledge of building codes, remedial construction methods, and industry standards * Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors on-site * Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications * Demonstrated ability to build solid relationships with the team and client * Proactive team player with the ability to work independently * Well-developed problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure * High level of organisation with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Office 365 suite (Project, Outlook, Word, Excel) * Current driver’s licence * Current White Card (Construction Induction Card) DESRIABLE CRITERIA * Experience with SignOnSite or similar * Project Management qualifications * Demonstrated experience using Procore or similar * Remedial experience highly advantageous * Experience in both residential and commercial projects is highly advantageous  Next Steps We are looking for a capable Project Manager who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes and enjoys working in complex environments.
