Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. Lead, manage, and supervise the structural maintenance team, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Prepare and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation. Ensure all structural maintenance activities (bridges, culverts, walls, underpasses, barriers, tunnels) are carried out safely and efficiently. Coordinate with client representatives , subcontractors, and internal departments. Manage project budget, cost control, and procurement of materials/equipment. Review inspection reports, condition assessments, and maintenance recommendations. Ensure compliance with project specifications, QHSE standards, and local regulations. Prepare and submit progress reports, KPIs, and documentation to the client. Identify risks, delays, and challenges and implement mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement and ensure timely completion of planned and emergency maintenance works. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (master’s preferred). Minimum 8–12 years of experience in road, infrastructure, or structural maintenance projects. Overall experience 12 - 15 years Strong understanding of O&M project delivery and asset maintenance. Proven leadership and team management skills. PMP certification Experience in client coordination (Ashghal experience is an advantage). Strong knowledge of project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Valid Qatar ID (transferable).
