Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead application development initiatives and manage cross-departmental collaboration. This role requires expertise in Agile methodologies and project management frameworks, as well as experience in mergers and acquisitions (M& A). The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead application development projects using Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across departments to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate and execute tasks related to mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
  • Facilitate regular progress updates and stakeholder meetings to maintain transparency and alignment.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project management standards and best practices.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on application development.
  • Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
  • Strong background in mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in risk management and problem-solving within a project context.
  • Familiarity with tools and software used in project planning and performance tracking.
