What you’ll do:

As a Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving change within the organisation. You will be responsible for defining the scope, demands, and requirements of projects in conjunction with business/function owners. Your expertise will enable you to determine required resources, SME input, cost budget, timelines, and create detailed project plans. You will also be responsible for producing monthly updates on all projects for the Project Portfolio Decision Committee (PPDC). Your excellent problem-solving skills will come into play as you assess project risks and formulate effective control measures.

  • Translate change initiatives into robust project plans
  • Oversee all aspects of project delivery
  • Act as a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) on central projects
  • Formulate communication plans if required
  • Assess project risks and formulate effective control measures
  • Monitor project progress and consult with stakeholders
  • Comply with all relevant policies and processes
  • Perform Change Risk Assessments in line with company policy
  • Ensure all project documentation is stored in an auditable manner

  • Proven project management experience in equivalent organisations
  • Experience working on regulatory projects
  • Knowledge of program & project management methodologies(Prince 2/Agile or other certified methodology)
  • In-depth experience in executive reporting and communication
  • Ability to manage own time to meet agreed targets
