PROJECT MANAGER

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENTS:

• Australian Citizenship is required to obtain and retain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance

• Recent experience in the construction industry
• Government or defence project experience is preferred, but not essential
• Proven ability in managing construction contracts and contract administration
• Expertise in various delivery methodologies, including Full Documentation / Fixed Lump Sum and Design & Construct
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience leading teams and developing business relationships
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise effectively
• Professional qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager or equivalent certification is highly regarded
