RK&K is expanding and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Site Development Project Manager to lead transformative land development projects in the region. In this leadership role, you’ll manage diverse projects and talented teams, collaborate with clients, and make a lasting impact on the communities we serve. Essential Functions * Lead site and land development projects from concept to completion * Manage scope, budget, and schedules with precision * Collaborate directly with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction * Guide and mentor engineering staff and subconsultants * Ensure quality control and compliance across all deliverables * Represent RK&K in community outreach and client meetings * Oversee construction administration and project approvals Required Skills and Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering * PE license in DC, MD, and/or VA (or ability to obtain) * 10+ years of progressive experience in site/land development * Strong leadership and client engagement skills * Expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite * Expertise with local permitting processes and proposal development Preferred Skills and Experience * Experience with Hydraflow, Storm & Sanitary Analysis, and industry networking Other Duties This job description indicates the general nature and levels of work, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other essential functions (as covered under ADA).
