JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a Project Manager to support delivery and coordination of business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and confident in driving progress while collaborating across multiple teams.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong technical acumen to understand project-related technologies and tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident presenting to cross-functional teams
• Previous experience in retail domain projects
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Self-starter with a go-getter attitude able to drive teams and deliverables independently
• Experience launching new projects with execution plans, milestones, risk registers, etc.

• Support end-to-end project management including tracking progress, budgets, key milestones, and dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, and communications, escalating as needed
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align on project scope, communications, and procedural workflows
• Assist with RACI creation, execution planning, and project documentation
• Lead or participate in knowledge transfer and documentation activities
