Your tasks:

• Technical management and coordination of data migration and cutover within the framework of an SAP S/4HANA transformation with a focus on finance and end-to-end commercial processes.
• Development, maintenance and follow-up of migration and cutover planning for the finance department in close coordination with the commercial departments.
• Coordination, prioritization and quality assurance of commercial migration objects, in particular master and transaction data such as business partners, assets, general ledger accounts, internal orders, cost centers, WBS elements, open items and balances
• Ensuring the consistency and quality of data between the general ledger, subledgers and business processes such as R2R FI, R2R CO/P2S, P2P, I2A and O2C
• Integration of relevant peripheral systems, add-ons and interfaces, including OpenText and Serrala
• Control of data cleansing, mapping rules, validations and reconciliations to ensure data quality, consistency, auditability and auditability.
• Preparation, support and follow-up of test migrations, dry runs and cut-over samples including error analysis, action tracking, reconciliation and technical acceptance
• Coordination of cutover activities, taking into account period and annual financial statements, booking stops, interfaces, authorizations, system availability, reporting and go-live.
• Management of risks, dependencies, open issues and escalations, as well as preparation of status reports, decision and acceptance documents.
• Supporting the transfer of knowledge to specialist departments, key users and the project team regarding migration-relevant S/4HANA changes

Your qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects with a focus on finance
• Solid experience in data migration, cut-over, test migrations, reconciliation and go-live preparation
• Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes and their integration into SAP
• Sound knowledge of the relationships between the general ledger, subsidiary ledgers and adjacent modules or subsystems.
• Excellent knowledge of central S/4HANA finance structures, in particular Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Business Partner/CVI, fixed asset accounting, ledger technology, chart of accounts, profit centers, segments, cost centers, internal orders and WBS elements.
• Experience in defining and ensuring the quality of migration objects, data mapping, cleansing rules, validation logics, and technical acceptance testing.
• Experience in creating and managing complex cutover plans and coordinating dependencies between migration, transportation, authorizations, interfaces, and completion activities.
• Proficient use of project management and documentation tools, ideally SAP Cloud ALM
• Experience in collaborating with specialist departments, IT, external implementation partners, auditing, project committees and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communicative skills, as well as a structured, reliable and solution-oriented work style.
