Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs and project documentation.
Coordinate activities across business, operational, clinical and technology teams.
Organise and facilitate project meetings, workshops and stakeholder sessions.
Track project actions, risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring appropriate follow-up and escalation.
Provide regular project status updates and reporting to key stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure project objectives and timelines are achieved.
Support change management, implementation and business readiness activities.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed governance and project management standards.

Experience & SkillsPrevious experience working in a Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar project delivery role.
Strong understanding of project management principles and the project lifecycle.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, status reports and other project documentation.
Strong organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different business areas.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience within healthcare, a clinical environment or a hospital setting is preferred.
Experience working on healthcare transformation, operational change, digital or technology projects would be an advantage.

Responsibilities
