We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Sales to join our team in Sales from anywhere in the U.S. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and performance goals aligned with business priorities. Drive structured project planning sessions with cross-functional partners to define deliverables, timelines, and milestones that set projects up for success. Monitor progress against goals and timelines, proactively identifying issues and coordinating with stakeholders to implement timely resolutions. Manage project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and refine project plans based on data-driven insights. Assess and mitigate project risks using quality tools, presenting alternatives and solutions that keep work on track. Share lessons learned, capture project documentation, and leverage insights from other teams to continuously improve project outcomes. Allocate and guide resources effectively, coaching team members through project phases and providing developmental feedback to strengthen team capability.
