Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities: •Plan, execute, and monitor projects in alignment with organizational goals and timelines. •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and team members across global locations. •Provide functional leadership for international project teams. •Drive improvements in IT systems and sales processes to enhance operational efficiency. •Create sales processes and monitor effectiveness. •Observe AI (Artificial Intelligence) trends and create AI solutions for the sales organization. •Lead the internal improvement management process (ImproS), ensuring continuous optimization across sales operations. •Ensure compliance with project governance standards and deliverables. •Prepare and present project status reports to senior management. •Very close collaboration with sales office and account management. Required Education/Work Experience: •3-5 years previous experience in project management; •University degree; •Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing); •German knowledge is a plus; •Proven track record in managing complex, global projects; •Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project); •Good Microsoft Office skills incl. Power BI and SharePoint; •Reliable and process-oriented way of working; •Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines; •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; •Experience in master data management is an advantage; •Automotive background and/ or Sales is an advantage.
