Job Description What is the opportunity? Great opportunity to join a fast pace, dynamic and innovative team. The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for managing a 3 year PAR approved CRM Modernization program working alongside the business and development teams to delivery the next best in class Capital Markets CRM Salesforce FSC Application. This is a new application build that will leverage core Agile delivery methodologies with a strong focus on rapid delivery of new functionalities. Looking for someone with strong project management experience to manage the day to day functions, leading scrum calls, BAU and prioritization calls and management updates. Building strong relationships with development teams, business partners and key vendor suppliers. Opportunity to work on a very high profile transformation program with an application being used by 3000 users across 16 countries. What will you do? Effectively manage a 3 year PAR approved program on the CRM Modernization program as the Project Manager Develop and manage detailed planning and scheduling of project deliverables collaborating with other Project Mangers and Business Managers Run daily Scrum calls, BAU calls and prioritization calls Identification and management of dependencies; ensuring dependent work is closely tracked and delivered to prevent schedule slippage Effectively manage IT, business and vendor project deliverables Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements and tracks value for effective decision-making Ensure the completion of risk assessments, architectural reviews and the identification & execution of contingency plans Collect project performance indicators, build status reports, Management & L4 / L5 presentations What do you need to succeed? Must have: 3-5 years of Project Management experience; spanning medium to large projects with high level of value (benefit/cost), complexity and uncertainty Proven experience managing technical projects understanding the application of business context and their integrations with various enterprise systems Strong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Directors, VPs, and above; comfortable presenting to a large audience Proven ability to manage projects with significant technology components and dependencies; advanced knowledge of change, issue, and risk management and working knowledge of Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies Proficient at running daily scrum, BAU and prioritization calls; experience in Agile development and working on tools like Jira/Confluence Nice-to-have Working experience in Capital Markets Prior working experience with CRM applications especially with Salesforce.com Certification as a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) What’s in it for you?
