Description

Location: Petach Tikva (Work in Client's site. Hybrid, one day work from home) Responsibilities: End-to-end management of Salesforce projects. Collaboration with technology teams and IT systems within a large financial organization, with emphasis on system integrations. Matrix management of involved stakeholders and working with clients and internal stakeholders while building trust and cooperation. Managing project work plans including Gantt charts, timelines, versions, tasks, and ongoing issue tracking. System analysis and writing high-level specifications in coordination with clients. Hands-on technical knowledge and writing technical specifications for development/implementation teams. Managing tasks and versions through to production deployment, including support and implementation for business clients. Ongoing system support and maintenance. Requirements: Significant experience (at least 3 years) in system analysis, specification, and project management based on Salesforce. Experience in implementing integrations with other systems. Hands-on experience (at least 1 year) in Salesforce implementation. Experience in large financial companies – an advantage. Experience with CRM Dynamics – an advantage. Initiative, independence, fast learning ability, teamwork skills, creative thinking, and adaptability within a large organization with clear rules and structure.
