Job Description Identify MC (Mission Critical) project objectives, establish deliverables, and outline the scope of the project to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Develop detailed project roadmaps, set timelines, and define milestones to guide the project from initiation to completion. Execute MC (Mission Critical) project milestones, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts to maintain a cohesive and productive work environment. Manage daily, weekly, and monthly operations for MC (Mission Critical) project and handle communication with customer and all stakeholders. Identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions. Track progress using key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Address roadblocks, adapt strategies, and implement solutions to keep the project on track. Maintain detailed records of project activities, budgets, and decisions, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Ensure that all deliverables meet predefined quality standards and align with project objectives. Negotiate deadlines, manage schedules, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Act as the primary liaison between the team and clients, ensuring feedback and requirements are effectively communicated. Qualifications Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Project Management working with large-scale governmental projects. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage.
