Job Description Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide SAP technical teams (Basis, Developers, Functional). Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation, upgrade, and migration projects from planning to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Solution Design: Provide technical expertise for designing and enhancing SAP solutions to meet business needs. Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with business units, leadership, and external partners, managing expectations and aligning technical strategy. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, defining standards, procedures, and best practices for SAP operations. Good understanding of Agile methodology and real experience Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations. Technical Oversight: Ensure proper configuration, performance tuning, monitoring, security, and maintenance (patching, backups) of SAP systems (ECC-ON Prem, S/4HANA ). Core Tech Skills Strong knowledge of RICEF objects Good hands-on Experience in OOPs programming Strong understanding of enhancement framework in SAP Hand on experience around ABAP on HANA , Output Management and OData/Gateway Good functional understanding on multiple modules i.e.MM/PP/QM and should have the ability to propose technical solutions as and when required. Implementation knowledge of standard and custom Fiori App (UI5) Total Experience Expected: 12 to 15 years Qualifications B Tech or M Tech or MCA and 12-14 years of hands-on experience in SAP Implantation/AMS Project Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
