Responsibilities

Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Project Manager in the Management Office of the Business Data Cloud & Insights (BDC&I) – SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) organization. You will support the executive leader of the organization and his leadership team with business operations as well as the execution of selected projects with high impact and visibility within the organization and beyond. That includes administration, project management, controlling / human resources / reporting, strategy and communications.

The Role:

  • Manage and/or support strategically important (e.g. development) projects, initiatives and special tasks (planning, execution, reporting and successful completion)
  • Create reports (including system-based dashboards) to convey the progress of development activities and important projects to different stakeholders (including senior management)
  • Prepare management presentations and documents

Additional tasks include:

  • Drive day-to-day business, including preparation, moderation and follow-up of meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support decision-making by conducting research and analyzing data
  • Collaborate with other teams and board areas, such as Communications, Finance & Administration, People & Culture and Strategy & Operations
