Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to support the end-to-end delivery of fit-out projects in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, a strong track record in successful project delivery, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Drive effective communication by liaising with project stakeholders on project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of fit-out projects. Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion. Ensure smooth project operations by overseeing administrative requirements, including meeting schedules and issuance of Minutes of Meetings. Deliver accurate and timely project reporting through agendas, dashboards, and progress updates. Develop, monitor, and implement detailed project programs to track milestones and critical paths. Oversee the control and management of all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Take ownership of additional responsibilities to guarantee the orderly, efficient, and successful completion of projects. Skills, Knowledge and Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management or similar Construction fit-out background is essential 6+ years of experience in the same field Advanced knowledge of fit-out Project Management consultancy Based in Egypt, or willing to relocate Excellent communication and presentation skills. Excellent understanding of MS Project software Understanding of contract production and implementation (FIDIC or similar) Strategic, proactive with a ‘can do’ mindset Excellent at multi-tasking, highly organized.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of fit-out projects while managing stakeholders and resources. They are responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget through effective reporting and documentation control.
