This role is classified as Level 6 role under SBS Australia’s current Enterprise Agreement (with an annual base salary range of $126,040 - $140,000). The successful applicant will be offered remuneration that is commensurate with their skills and experience and in alignment with this framework.

Job Descriptio

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of key initiatives within SBS’s AI Program. This role is central to driving the day-to-day management of multiple project streams, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. You’ll be working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, applying strong project governance and delivery frameworks to help shape the future of AI at SBS.

In this role you will:

• Lead the planning, coordination and execution of AI Program projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Oversee project governance, reporting and budget management, ensuring risks and issues are managed proactively.
• Support change management initiatives including stakeholder impact assessments, readiness analysis, and the rollout of communication and training strategies.
• Build strong and trusted relationships across SBS, engaging stakeholders at all levels to ensure collaboration and alignment.
