QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in applied sciences, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Experience in wind industry, product development, or relevant applications
• Knowledge and on-the-job experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Project Management training or certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, or ITIL 4 Foundation is beneficial
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, ensuring effective collaboration across teams and organizationsProfessional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken

• Act as the bridge between the project engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and swift resolution of technical issues for seamless project execution
• Continuously identify, assess, and mitigate risks while leveraging opportunities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
• Manage project deliverables aligned with strategic priorities and targets, including quality, schedule, and EHS compliance, throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure business success and customer satisfaction through professional project and stakeholder management while maximizing value for Vestas
• Consistently contribute to internal process improvement initiatives within the SCADA Project Management teamCollect and analyze market requirements to support Product Management and Development efforts
