Your Key Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities: To define the scope of the projects and prepare project request and project charter for the same.Coordinate with manufacturing and Industrial Engineering for readiness of tools, equipment, Processes in line with project timelines.To prepare project timelines in line with customer timelines and execute the same.Adherence to PEP KPI targets in relation to timelines, Cost and project management manhours booking etc.Risk analysis and monitoring. Timely escalation of matters related to delays, failure, additional support required if any.To work on VAVE/ Localization of VLS- ProjectsTo participate in field visits with VLS teams to address the VLS-warranty complaints if anyParticipate in required customer/supplier meetings and vehicle fitment trails.Participate in failure analysis / RPA activity and support with necessary inputs to resolveEnsure the data confidentiality and data securitySupport cost saving projects, analyze technical proposal and change product if necessaryRecord lessons learned and discuss with relevant teams & apply wherever possibleYour Qualifications Qualification & Experience Graduate in mechanical / Automobile Engineering / MBA Project Management6 to 9 yearsAs a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
