Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with Scope’s strategic priorities and transformation goals
Define and manage project scope, schedule, budgets to ensure all are delivered on time, on budget and benefits realised
Track and manage risks, issues and dependencies, ensuring proactive mitigation and escalation where needed
Ensure compliance with ePMO frameworks, templates, and reporting protocols across the project lifecycle, acting as a champion for best practice
Collaborate with sponsors and key stakeholders to develop and maintain benefit realisation plans aligned to the enterprise benefit management framework, including benefit registers and tracking mechanisms, with clear ownership and measurable indicators of success.
Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders (sponsors, business owners, SMEs and vendors) to support project success
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making through structured governance and reporting
