What’s the role? The Project Manager sits within Technology, People Tech in the CIO Group and plays a key role in delivering and enhancing HR and Payroll technology solutions. The role primarily supports the Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program using Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle E‑Business Suite Payroll, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, well governed, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. * Lead end‑to‑end delivery of HR and Payroll technology projects across Oracle HCM and Oracle EBS Payroll * Own project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and governance * Partner with Product Owners and Change Owners to prioritise and manage backlogs * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and steering committees * Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT teams, and external partners * Drive continuous improvement, quality delivery, and alignment to business objectives What do I need? * Experience delivering technology projects or initiatives in HR and/or Payroll environments * Working knowledge of Oracle HCM (Core HR / employee lifecycle) and Oracle EBS Payroll, or similar enterprise platforms * Strong project management capability, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement * Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors * Experience working in Agile delivery environments, using tools such as Jira or ServiceNow * Solid understanding of HR‑to‑Payroll data flows, integrations, and payroll processing cycles * A continuous‑improvement mindset, with a passion for quality, clear documentation, and learning Why join us?
