Job Description We are currently looking for a Project Manager / Scrum Master profile, someone who can help our team with blocking points, ensuring delivery and helping and facilitating clear communication for the management . Data Factory is a key program that will deliver a data aggregation and curation platform, based on a relational database and an ETL for modern and efficient data loading, transformation and control. This aim is to create a unique centralised repository with a copy of operational and referential data, where all data are consolidated and harmonised, and where data quality is qualified as fit for purpose. This position will work in an environment where the scopes of the technologies used in the projects will tend to grow. Main Tasks: Animate daily meetings and report on progress, blocking point, delays on planning Help ensuring end-to-end responsibility for achieving the IT project’s objectives in line with the commitments made to the Sponsors Helps the team to work autonomously while improving. Participates in resolving issues and getting around organization and process obstacles Help organizing and facilitate project events and processes (such as PI planning on a quartely base) Help with the organization and project planning according to the priorities Qualifications English (read, spoken, written - C level minimum) Portuguese- Mastery French knowledge is a nice to have Soft Skills: Autonomous, organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail Dynamic and proactive taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising; Great communication skills while being capable of negotiating with sponsors and reaching to an agreement Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes Good work ethic and high levels of motivation

Responsibilities

The Project Manager/Scrum Master will facilitate daily meetings, report on progress, and help resolve blocking points. They will ensure end-to-end responsibility for achieving project objectives and assist in organizing project events and processes.
