Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity We are seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of the SDG 8 Hub. This role provides project management oversight across the Hub’s core workstreams - research, education, and engagement - working closely with leadership, theme leads, and an international network of partners. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining work plans, timelines, and reporting frameworks, driving delivery across multiple workstreams in a complex and evolving environment Building, managing, and influencing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including global partners, industry, and community organisations, to achieve shared outcomes Supporting governance processes, including coordinating inputs for the Steering Group and maintaining oversight of key actions and decisions Supporting the development and delivery of events, forums, and collaborative initiatives Leading communications and content development, translating complex ideas into clear and engaging outputs for a range of audiences Supporting research impact activities and providing operational oversight to ensure the effective running of the Hub This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week), 2-year fixed-term opportunity. The remuneration range for this role is $110,000 - $121,900, depending on skills and experience. For more information about this role, please refer to the Position Description. Mōu | About you You will bring strong project management experience and a collaborative approach, with the ability to navigate complex environments and build effective relationships.
