POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Project Manger is the primary point person responsible for planning, executing and delivering projects on time, within budget and in accordance to specifications. The project manager will be required to oversee the project resources, manpower, planning from the bidding process, to final close out. The project Manager will achieve company objectives through effective hands-on communication with clients, work force, consultants, and sub trades while maintaining a balance between cost, time, quality control and safety. The project manager will be able to maintain confidentially and work within a fast-paced industry.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-5 Years of proven experience in Asbestos Abatement/Selective Demolition operations.
-Valid current 5 Driver’s license with a clean drivers abstract
-Regulatory safety certification.
-Excellent verbal ,written, and communication skills.
-Be flexible and adaptable to change.

-Attend job sites to view scope, meet with clients and consultant’s to discuss details of Projects.
-Prepare bids quotes and RFP’s for projects.
-Schedule, cost tracking and quality assurance.
-Work with management team to complete estimates for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
