Description Leads project teams and sub teams to develop and implement new programs and process improvements. Manages projects in accordance with established program management methodologies. Ensures that multiple projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results. Manages and monitors project or program schedules, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. - Understanding technology, or working on similar projects - Quick learning - Main focus is looking into current process, looking at how to optimize and document the process, and manage process until it can be aligned with current workstream - Picks up on complex processes easily, help implement change, focus on moving work forward Additional Skills & Qualifications Key projects: • Managing projects and helping create process documentation and reach a steady state within the project. • Managing projects in a variety of ways and will interact with the team as needed • Project manage photography post production process for seasonal signage Daily Responsibilities: • Process optimization for project management within the post production photography team • Creating documentation • Process improvement • Ability to work with differing teams and act as a liaison to meet deadlines and milestones • Collab and coordinate the project process, and assist with documentation Technology requirements: • Microsoft Office tooling • Smart Sheets • Adobe Experience manager (AEM) • Workfront • Miro and/or PowerPoint Degree or certifications required?: • BA/BS experience is required • PMP certification is highly preferred Required background? • Program Management • Technology and Marketing type background (not too tech heavy) • Strong communication • Solution oriented • Ability to present to working teams • Looking for a creative project manager (preference of experience working with photography team in post production) • Print/ Web/Digital/Mobile/other media • Familiar with this type of workstream • Comfortable working individually, as well as building relationships with cross functional partners as needed • Working proactively, and keeping team posted on updates Nice-to-Haves: • Knowledge of marketing technology • Fictional knowledge on Creative Projects • Experience with photography teams and partnering in post production Experience Level Expert Level We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.
