Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!   Your Tasks:   Drive the delivery of complex security projects (e.g., intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, PSIM, vehicle barriers), spending > 33% of your time on-site to ensure hands-on success. Coordinate internal teams and external security integrators to keep quality and timelines on track. Shape diverse customer requirements into tangible project plans – and see them through to completion. Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to define goals and guarantee seamless cooperation. Leverage your strong communication skills to build trust across teams, management, and clients. Prepare all necessary documentation – concise, up to date, and easy to follow. Monitor schedules, budgets, and scope, proactively resolving any roadblocks. Stay engaged even after project handover, ensuring all stakeholders remain fully satisfied.   Your Profile:   Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Security Management or equivalent professional experience. At least five years of project management experience, with three dedicated to physical security projects. Solid expertise in integrated security systems (ACS, VSS, IDS, etc.) – you know the details that matter. Comfortable producing technical documentation, ideally with CAD proficiency. Well-versed in physical security concepts and how to implement them effectively. Basic IT and networking know-how bolster your skillset. You’re self-reliant, trustworthy, and handle confidential data with discretion. You build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and integrators. Certifications like PSP, CPP, PMP, or CSPM are beneficial but not essential.
