What you will be doing 

As Project Manager, you will: 

• Lead multiple concurrent projects from initiation through to delivery and benefits realisation. 
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, budgets and reporting. 
• Apply agile, waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches to suit project needs. 
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, contractors and business stakeholders. 
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications and project governance activities. 
• Support organisational change, business readiness and adoption outcomes. 
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints. 
• Produce high-quality project artefacts and status reporting for leadership and governance forums. 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO practices, frameworks and delivery standards. 

About you 

To be successful in this role, you will bring: 

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects in a structured project environment. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and agile delivery practices. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders. 
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial reporting. 
• Strong risk, dependency and vendor management capabilities. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 and visual delivery boards such as Kanban. 

Desirable 

• PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum or similar certification. 
• Experience within healthcare, education, membership or not-for-profit environments. 
• Exposure to portfolio management, benefits realisation and organisational change initiatives.
