Job Description Position: Senior Project Manager Contract Duration: 6 months (with the possibility of extension) Location: Mexico City, with availability to travel 30% of the time Responsibilities: Lead and manage machinery, equipment, devices, tooling, and other integration projects from planning to execution and closure. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, control, etc.) to ensure proper installation and operation of machinery and equipment. Oversee PLC programming, robotics, and other automation technologies. Supervise mechanical design processes. Oversee the installation and commissioning of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components. Ensure compliance with established deadlines and budgets. Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project requirements compliance. Manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during project development. Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related fields). Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for integration/automation, preferably in an integrator, OEM, and/or Tier 1 automotive company. Knowledge of automation, programming, robotics, industrial installations, mechanical and electromechanical components. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with project management methodologies such as PMI, Agile, Scrum Master, etc. Advanced English.
