What are you going to do?
You will be part of a professional team of project managers. Together you challenge yourselves to continuously develop and grow your abilities, so that we all can keep bringing our best. To this end many opportunities also exist: courses, workshops, coaching, intervision, mentoring and job rotation. Also as a department as a whole we work as a team.
Our project managers work the full scope of a project, from initial conversations with the customer, to proposal definition and project execution to result delivery. In all phases we work in close cooperation with our customers. These projects will mostly involve experimental work one or more of our facilities and set-ups. You will lead small teams of scientific specialists and experimentalists, mainly in the area of physics, surface chemistry, and vacuum systems.
Together with your team and in alignment with your customers, you work towards a successful result. You will manage several projects in parallel.
