Job Description: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management (PARM) is seeking professional services to support the routine and analysis, assessment and reporting of the Department’s acquisition management, oversight, and governance activities.The Project Manager/Senior Analyst will provide leadership, direction, and quality assurance for all contractor work, ensuring compliance with DHS acquisition management requirements while coordinating with Government stakeholders and the COR. This key role combines program oversight with hands-on analytical support, including data analysis, technical writing, and development of executive-level reports and recommendations to support informed decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
• Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
• 8+ years of experience overseeing cost, schedule, and performance requirements of a major acquisition program or a project within a major acquisition program, including the supervision of personnel.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution over the work performed by personnel
• Coordinate with the Government’s stakeholders and COR
• Proactively address performance concerns
• Provide analytical support, communications analytical support, and data analytics support
• Provide training and guidance to the Contractor’s personnel
• Review work products to ensure quality standards are met before delivery to the Government
