We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own and drive high-impact products and initiatives end-to-end. This role requires strong product ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, sales, and other cross-functional teams. As a Senior Project Manager, you will act as a critical connector between business and technology, ensuring alignment, clarity, and shared outcomes among all stakeholders. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, including problem definition, requirements gathering, prioritization, and release planning. Partner closely with engineering, product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and ensure successful execution. Serve as the primary communication bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clearly articulate product direction, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs to leadership and cross-functional partners. Facilitate collaboration and decision-making across teams, driving shared understanding and accountability. Gather and synthesize insights from customers, internal teams, and data to inform product decisions. Define, track, and analyze product success metrics, using insights to continuously improve outcomes. Support go-to-market planning and execution in collaboration with commercial, operations, and other relevant teams. Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early, and proactively work with teams to mitigate them. Mentor and support junior product managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of product practices. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields. At least 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with several years working on complex digital or technology products. Strong mental resilience and result-driven mindset, able to stay focused, composed, and accountable in high-pressure, fast-changing environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-geography teams (Vietnam and international), including Sales, IT, Engineering, and other business functions. Solid understanding of end-to-end product flow, from business planning and requirement definition through development and delivery. Strong capability in planning, prioritization, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams. Technical background or strong technical foundation, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and confident discussion of technical constraints and trade-offs. Ability to operate as a central bridge between commercial and IT teams, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Comfortable working under high pressure, managing competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Experience working in agile or iterative product development environments.
