This role is Full-time working Monday to Friday in a hybrid capacity.   Inova is consistently ranked a national healthcare leader in safety, quality and patient experience. We are also proud to be consistently recognized as a top employer in both the D.C. metro area and the nation.  Featured Benefits: * Committed to Team Member Health: offering medical, dental and vision coverage, and a robust team member wellness program. * Retirement: Inova matches the first 5% of eligible contributions – starting on your first day. * Tuition and Student Loan Assistance: offering up to $5,250 per year in education assistance and up to $10,000 for student loans. * Mental Health Support: offering all Inova team members, their spouses/partners, and their children 25 mental health coaching or therapy sessions, per person, per year, at no cost. * Work/Life Balance: offering paid time off, paid parental leave.   Project Manager Sr. Job Responsibilities: * Leads high‑profile, systemwide programs and initiatives that support enterprise care transformation goals. * Oversees the full life cycle of complex projects from initiation through closure, following PMO best practices. * Serves as a strategic advisor to leadership, offering insight on program planning, prioritization, and execution. * Provides direction and oversight for newly established programs, workflows, models, and systemwide initiatives. * Ensures project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget across multiple functional areas. * Coordinates cross‑functional collaboration among clinical, administrative, operational, and technical stakeholders. * Ensures alignment, consistency, and standardization of workflows across Care Management and interfacing departments. * Designs and implements systems for collecting, aggregating, analyzing, and reporting clinical, operational, and financial data. * Drives integration between inpatient, outpatient, case management, disease management, and vendor‑supported services. * Oversees project communications to ensure accurate, consistent updates for leadership and stakeholders. * Establishes, tracks, and reports performance metrics for assigned projects and maintains portfolio‑level accountability. * Identifies opportunities to adopt new technologies and processes that enhance efficiency and innovation. * Facilitates enterprise‑level workflow improvement, process redesign, and cross‑boundary operational optimization. * Proactively manages stakeholders to build alignment, remove barriers, and support successful project outcomes.   Minimum Requirements:  * Education: Bachelor's degree in related field * Experience: 8 years of related experience in managing projects   Preferred Qualifications: * Healthcare experience * Master’s Degree preferred (PMP Certification) * Strong demonstrated ability to ensure cross-functional collaboration and meet deadlines We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
