As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading and delivering a complex project leveraging on-shore and off-shore resources and teams, across a broad range of PwC back office functions. This role partners with key stakeholders across internal functions to deliver value by optimising current processes, workflows and operating models, understand and support delivery capability requirements; enable cross location integrated planning and develop and manage an integrated delivery plan. This role demands strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure seamless delivery and knowledge sharing across the firm. What you’ll do: Lead and drive execution through to implementation, monitoring progress against milestones and reporting on risks Oversee multiple initiatives within a overarching integration framework, co-ordinating resources and stakeholders across different timezones Develop comprehensive project plans that address risks, dependencies, and communication strategies tailored to each initiative Lead delivery roadmap and monitoring through integrated delivery roadmaps and plans across parallel initiatives Actively identify and manage cross-project dependencies, constraints and concentration risks Lead and navigate alignment with global firm mandates alongside local requirements Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders, initiative leads and internal teams to achieve a successful outcome Implement a robust and consistent governance model to monitor project progress, quality and compliance, Prepare and present regular status reports, risk updates and leadership briefings Collate and analyse project metrics and feedback to identify lessons learned for continuous improvement Provide thought leadership by sharing insights on challenges, best practices and strategies for managing relationships and delivery across multiple timezones Lead and manage change management activities, including stakeholder engagement. Work and operate comfortably at both strategic and delivery levels What we’re looking for: Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-discipline programs; ideally with experience in client delivery and/or a professional services firm environment Proven experience of multi-location, multi-discipline, cross-organisational programs or change would be desirable Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse internal teams and senior leaders effectively. Solid understanding of risk, assurance, or compliance environments, preferably within professional services or highly regulated industries. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
