Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing (Automotive, Electronics, Industrial Manufacturing, or similar industries). The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager will develop project plans, manage cross-functional teams, allocate resources, monitor schedules, budgets, risks, and scope changes, and ensure successful project execution. The role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, resolve issues, and ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards and business objectives. General Responsibilities • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Develops comprehensive project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, and status reports • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members and bringing solutions/opportunities • Track and update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs • Report and escalate to management as needed • Assists in performing risk management to minimize project risks Experience / Qualifications • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience. • Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands • Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation • Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results • Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity • Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) • Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers Expert on MS Projects PMP or Similar certification will be added advantage #LI-NS1 SmarterTogether Collaborating at Sensata means working with some of the world’s most talented people in an enriching environment that is constantly pushing towards the next best thing Employees work across functions, countries and cultures gaining new perspectives through mutual respect and open communication As OneSensata, we are working together to make things work together Click here to view Sensata Recruitment Privacy Statement Click here to view our Sensata Recruitment Privacy Statement for China NOTE: If you are a current Sensata employee (or one of our Affiliates), please back out of this application and log into Workday via the Company Intranet to apply directly.
