This role coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and aligned with Ezee Fiber’s service standards. The Project Manager works closely with construction, engineering, field operations, sales, and customer support teams to ensure seamless activation of services and a high-quality customer experience.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Manage end-to-end service delivery projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout. * Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, network engineering, field technicians, and sales to ensure successful service implementation. * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones for customer installations and network deployments. * Serve as the primary internal point of contact for service delivery updates and project progress. * Track and report on project status, timelines, and operational performance metrics. * Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or operational issues impacting service delivery. * Ensure all installations and service activations meet company quality standards and service level agreements (SLAs). * Support customer onboarding and service activation processes for commercial and enterprise accounts. * Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication across operations, sales, and leadership teams. * Maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, service delivery records, and post-project reviews. * Identify opportunities to improve service delivery workflows and operational efficiency. Collect and analyze feedback on customer sentiments, market trends, and competitor activities.   QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Telecommunications, or related field preferred. Minimum of  3–6 years of project management or service delivery experience, preferably in telecommunications, fiber, or technology services. * Experience managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring operational execution, timeline adherence, and successful service delivery. * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, field operations, sales, and customer support to support fiber deployments, network infrastructure projects, or customer implementations in a fast-paced operational environment. * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining timelines, priorities, and project deliverables. * Experience identifying project risks, operational challenges, and service delivery issues, and implementing solutions to maintain project progress and service standards. * Strong experience communicating with internal stakeholders, leadership, and operational teams, providing clear updates on project status, milestones, and risks. * Proficiency using project management and workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms to track project progress and maintain documentation. Preferred Qualifications * PMP or Agile certification preferred * Experience supporting fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) or broadband deployment environments * Familiarity with network construction timelines and service activation workflows             CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Valid Driver’s License   PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
