Our after-sales brand, Everllence PrimeServ, offers a vast network of service centres to our customers all over the world.We can offer you the following tasks   Join us at the heart of global collaboration: In this pivotal role, you’ll connect international customers with interdisciplinary teams to shape the future of long-term service partnerships in industrial turbomachinery.   Leading of interdisciplinary and partly multinational LTSA teams incl. project management reporting Main contact for international service contract customers and processing of Long Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) Development and realization of maintenance strategies on turbomachinery in collaboration with customers, incl. the structuring, coordination, and management of the required work packages Initiation and coordination of all service activities during the product life cycle, e.g. spare parts management, field service, repairs, modernization and digital services Monitoring and analysis of potential schedule and cost deviations, with timely implementation of corrective measures as required Proactive development of customer relationships You can help us with these qualifications   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or economics, or equivalent education Experience in leading project teams Turbomachinery product knowledge High communication skills, friendly and self-assured demeanor Methodical and result-oriented way of working Customer focus Business fluent German and English Willingness to travel abroad (occasional short trips) Our benefits for you   Attractive remuneration: Salary in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal/electrical industry in Bavaria, Christmas bonus and vacation pay, as well as voluntary allowances.
