We’re seeking a Senior Consultant/Project Manager to join our team, specializing in the ServiceNow platform. You’ll be instrumental in analyzing, planning, and executing key projects, guiding teams, and collaborating with clients to implement innovative business process solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Capturing, analyzing, and deploying complex business workflows.
• Taking full ownership of projects and sub-projects, ensuring their independent and responsible delivery.
• Leading training sessions and interactive workshops.
• Conducting professional client engagements and presentations in both German and English.
• Customizing module functionalities and integrating interfaces based on specific project needs.
• Providing essential support during solution implementation phases.
• Mentoring and guiding project team members.
• Assisting with various business development activities.

Required Skills:

• A successfully completed, relevant academic program or equivalent professional training combined with qualified experience.
• Extensive project experience, totaling over five years in a pertinent field.
• Proficiency in ITIL principles and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, database technologies, and web development frameworks.
• Ideally: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification.
• A strong drive for timely execution of diverse project requirements.
• Fluent German language skills and very good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with people.
