Description

A Project Manager at SERVPRO of Kelowna oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned production crews. Their role and responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, communication & delegation, revenue & profit growth, as well as staff development.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide priority response to potential customers.
  • Develop scope of work for projects and create & review estimates.
  • Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate.
  • Schedule crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of services with crews and subcontractors.
  • Document and/or review job file to support the services provided.
  • Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage production expenses.
  • Manage equipment and materials.
  • Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

Position Requirements:

  • Project Management experience in restoration- required
  • Experience in construction/restoration -required
  • IICRC certifications -preferred
  • Conversant in Xactimate & XactAnalysis -required
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Class 5 drivers license

· Ability to successfully complete a background check
**Bonus pay based on performance
*Will negotiate paying for moving expenses with a signed 2 year contract

Pay: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
