Description

Oversee delivery of STP maintenance by our delivery partners, ensuring compliance with processes, KPIs and standards.
Monitor maintenance schedules, deliverables and defect rectification, acting as the point of escalation for issue resolution.
Lean in, where required, to support the STPs with special activities (e.g. yearly CAMBI shut down).
Track program performance, budget and expenditure, reporting on trends, risks and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Apply assurance and audit frameworks to maintenance activity, identifying non-conformances and driving corrective action with the delivery partner
