Key Responsibilities * Asset Development: Manage the creation of global and local style guides for Products, Retail, Branding, and Packaging, as well as the development of Marketing toolkits. * Stakeholder Coordination: Consolidate final asset requests from various stakeholders and collaborate with internal creative teams and external design partners to ensure on-time delivery of artworks. * Meeting Facilitation: Lead milestone meetings and cross-functional/regional conversations to ensure project alignment. * Timeline Management: Liaise with Brand, Product Design, and Marketing stakeholders to manage studio communications regarding target timelines and development schedules. * Compliance & Legal: Lead the clearance process for final assets, including Legal, Trademark, and Corporate Brand Management. * Administrative Operations: Manage vendor registration, contracts, and payments. * Financial Tracking: Responsible for comprehensive project cost tracking and budget monitoring.   Qualifications & Experience * Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of working experience in project management or an operations-relevant role. * Cultural Competency: Proven ability to work effectively with culturally and geographically diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. * Organizational Mastery: Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple high-priority projects and tasks simultaneously. * Brand Passion: A strong passion for brand storytelling and consumer products.   Key Skills * Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a high sensitivity to cross-cultural and cross-functional focus areas. * Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. * Adaptability: Ability to collaborate effectively within a complex matrix organization. * Technical Proficiency: Experience with operational and project management systems such as Workfront, Monday.com, or Airtable is highly preferred.
