Description Summary As a Project Manager, you will manage impactful projects from planning to delivery. You'll be the engine behind cross-functional initiatives—driving projects from kickoff to completion. You'll work with teams and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver results—on time and on budget. You’ll map timelines, track milestones, and keep tasks moving. From planning and facilitating project meetings to solving roadblocks, you’ll be the go-to for keeping projects aligned, on track, and successful. In this role, you will: Manage projects from planning through implementation, fostering collaboration across departments. Build detailed project plans with clear tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies. Organize and run discovery sessions, planning meetings, and stakeholder check-ins. Track milestones and deliverables, providing timely updates and insights to senior leadership. Identify risks early, troubleshoot proactively, and recommend adjustments to scope or timelines as needed. Partner with business leaders to support project intake, risk assessments, vendor evaluations, and success metrics. Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and ensure compliance. Own project goals, monitor progress, resources, budgets, and schedules from start to finish. Requirements What You Bring to the Team: Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience 5+ years in financial services/banking/credit union and proven skills with project management. Strong communication (written and in person) and collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders. A relationship builder who communicates effectively across teams and departments. Experience managing multiple projects, tasks and priorities effectively, while maintaining attention to detail. Experience leading teams, writing project plans and test plans, and turning strategy into execution. Experience reporting and presenting to executive leadership and translating complex updates into clear, actionable insights. Resilient and adaptable when facing shifting priorities or major changes in direction. The range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
