Description
The Project Manager will lead the Project Team by overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the project status, ensuring its delivery meets the established schedule, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager will hold overall corporate accountability for SICE’s involvement in the project. They will be tasked with engaging with the Client at the project and design management level, as well as steering the technical direction of the project strategically to achieve the desired results. Responsibilities: · Development and execution of the Project Management Plan · Efficient management of subcontractors and suppliers · Budget allocation and adjustments in collaboration with the OMCS Program Manager and Finance team · Monitoring progress and overseeing project costs · Creating and updating the project schedule and resource plan, while identifying critical paths · Facilitating effective collaboration among stakeholders, management, and team members · Ensuring all requirements are fulfilled to meet contractual obligations · Approving project documentation such as plans, procedures, and WMS, while ensuring proper implementation · Providing progress reports and other necessary documentation · Demonstrating leadership and a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards · Inspiring and guiding all project team members, enhancing their visibility within the project · Coordinating and arranging necessary support for the team in Australia from the Spain-based team as required · Identifying, evaluating, and managing project risks · A degree in a relevant engineering discipline (such as telecommunications, software, or electrical/electronics) is preferred, or equivalent practical experience · Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale projects · A successful history of delivering projects on time · In-depth understanding of ITS software integration or comparable systems · Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving under pressure · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities · Strong organizational and time management skills · Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities · A strong emphasis on customer satisfaction · Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills Be part of large scale infrastructure projects A workplace that is collaborative, supportive, and diverse, providing everyone with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
