We’re looking for a Project Manager / Customer Relations professional to play a vital role in bridging the gap between estimation and execution. This isn’t a sales-heavy position — it’s about delivering on promises, maintaining clear communication with clients, and ensuring internal teams are aligned from start to finish. As the key point of contact post-estimating, you’ll take ownership of projects, ensuring they run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
This role offers the chance to ease the operational load on our leadership team and elevate the overall client experience. This role could also open opportunities for growth in the company. Key responsibilities might include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients after estimates are approved
  • Creating and managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinating internal departments (design, production, installation) to stay aligned
  • Monitoring project budgets and ensuring work stays on track
  • Handling approvals, queries, and change requests efficiently
  • Identifying and escalating any issues before they impact deadlines or quality
  • Closing out projects with client feedback, snag lists, and relationship follow-up

Experience required:

  • Previous experience in signage project management.
  • Experience of sign manufacturing & its processes.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for reviewing files.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
