ABOUT THE ROLE
The Office for Skills-First Practices aims to build capability and mindshare of stakeholders to articulate, activate, and recognise skills, thereby driving the optimisation of human capital development and effective use of skills.
As a Project Manager in the Office for Skills-First Practices, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, revenue-generating overseas programmes and maintaining robust internal operations. The role comprises 60% outward-facing responsibilities, focused on regional and international programme coordination, and 40% inward-facing responsibilities, covering administrative, logistical, reporting, and knowledge management tasks. You will work closely with the Subject Matter Expert, the broader IAL team, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of engagements and efficient internal operations. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment. The role may require travel from time to time.
You will support both external programme delivery, stakeholderholder coordination and internal office operations on Administrative, Logistical & Knowledge Management support that enable the adoption of skills-first practice.
