1. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification or similar project management credentials (preferred).
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

2. EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural or construction project management.
• The experience should clearly demonstrate active involvement in managing projects, including planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Experience working in an interior design or fit-out firm is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record in delivering medium to large-scale architectural projects on time and within budget.
• Portfolio of completed projects should be provided upon application

3. TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficient in AutoCAD (required).
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Trello, or similar).
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

4. PROJECT MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Able to create and manage detailed project timelines and schedules.
• Capable of breaking down project scopes and allocating tasks efficiently.
• Strong budgeting and cost control skills.
• Familiar with authority approvals and permitting processes in the UAE
