Description Position Overview: Softek International Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA. Years of Experience: 10+ Clearance: TS/SCI Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, engineering, computer science, or information systems or ten (10) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree Recommend Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), ITIL v4 or similar based on Task Order Requirements Requirements Responsibilities: Responsible for orchestrating IT modernization efforts, facilitating digital transformation, and managing multi-faceted projects that require a strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Provides day-to-day leadership for projects, effectively utilizing tools like MS Project and JIRA for planning, execution, and closure of tasks. Directs cross-functional teams to leverage Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Terraform for container orchestration and standardization. Prioritizes transparency in IT project planning and delivery, ensuring alignment with ITIL, ISO, NIST, and CISA ZTA governance frameworks. Collaborates with stakeholders across agencies, driving project performance, managing project costs and schedule, and mitigating risks.
